Customers might experience intermittent issues logging into our Open-Xchange App Suite Webmail (https://webmail.hostway.com). Customers who use email clients to access their mailboxes such as Outlook, MAC Mail, etc, are not affected.
MS Exchange 2007 and 2010 customers are not affected by this service incident.
We're currently experiencing a performance issue with our Open-Xchange Webmail interface.
