Customers are experiencing issues logging into our Open-Xchange App Suite Webmail (https://webmail.hostway.com). Customers who use email clients to access their mailboxes such as Outlook, MAC Mail, etc, are affected as well.
We're currently experiencing a performance issue with our Open-Xchange platform.
Our engineers have identified the root cause and are working on resolving it.
