IMPACT

Customers are experiencing outbound email delays affecting the Hosted Exchange and Open Xchange platforms.

SUMMARY

We're currently experiencing an issue with our outbound delivery of mail to other mail services protected by ProofPoint. The issue manifests itself as message delays to those third parties or a complete failure in delivery. We're actively working for a solution with our platform teams, anti-spam vendors and ProofPoint to restore services to expected levels. Our email platform engineers are working with ProofPoint representatives on a resolution with utmost urgency.

Our email platform engineers confirmed that the email flow to customers on the ProofPoint side is restore now. All messages that were queued for delivery on our outbound servers will be processed in the next couple of hours.
