We are currently experiencing a service impacting event with our Outgoing Email platform (SMTP Servers). Outbound messages are delivered with delays. No outbound email is lost but queued and will be delivered once the service impacting event is resolved. We will post updates in this service notification article.

October 09, 2017 - 08:00 CDT - Root cause identified. Our engineers are working on resolution
October 09, 2017 - 09:00 CDT - Our engineers are continuing their work on the reported issue and its resolution.
October 09, 2017 - 12:30 CDT - The reported issue has been resolved and the queued messages are being delivered. Due to the high amount of such, our SMTP email cluster will need up to two and half hours to successfully send them all.
October 09, 2017 - 14:00 CDT - The issue has been completely resolved.
