[Completed] Network Maintenance

Hostway needs to perform firmware updates across our core network infrastructure in the Tampa Datacenters to ensure our services continue to be reliable, and secure. The Hostway core router infrastructure is designed to be highly redundant, hence we expect little to no impact. The upgrades will be performed on a first set of redundant devices and then failing the traffic over to upgrade the other set of redundant devices.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience one or more brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities; the interruptions, if experienced, are expected to be a few seconds or less.

End time: 06:00 AM Eastern 11/10/2017

Maintenance Ticket: ETS: 65345

Expected Impact:  No Impact to a potential interruption of a few seconds during the failover of the redundant services.
