[RESOLVED]Jan 20, 2018 11:45 PM CT – Multiple services Impacted

 

Summary

At approximately 7 pm cst our Incident monitoring team discovered a possible network hardware issue in our Tampa Data center.

Possible services impacted are Merchant Manager, Hostway Blog, DNS . Some customers may also experience issues logging into SiteControl

Updates

8:49 CST - we have Identified the problem and are working on a root fix

9:47 CST - repairs to faulty hardware ongoing

10:33 CST - New Hardware installed configuration ongoing

11:14 CST - Emergency Maintenance ongoing

11:45 CST -The issue with Merchant Manager, Hostway Blog, and DNS has been resolved. All Services are functioning normally.
