Updating account information from Site Control

 

From the Home Tab, navigate to the ‘My Account’ tab:

 

To update password, click the ‘Edit Password’ link:

Alternately, you can click the ‘Control Panel Login Information’ link on the left navigation list

 

To update the Account Holder (Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Work Phone Number, or Email), click the ‘Edit’ link in the ‘Personal Contact Information’ section:

Alternately, you can click the ‘Personal Contact Info’ link on the left navigation list

To update the Billing Record (Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Work Phone Number, or Email), click the ‘Edit’ link in the ‘Billing Contact Information’ section:

Alternately, you can click the ‘Billing Contact Info’ link on the left navigation list

To update an Authorized person on the account (Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Work Phone Number, or Email), click the ‘Edit’ link in the ‘Administrative Contact Information’ section:

 

To update an Authorized Information Technologist (Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Work Phone Number, or Email), click the ‘Edit’ link in the ‘Technical Contact Information’ section:

 

To update/view/pay billing information, click the ‘Orders & Billing’ link found on the bottom of the ‘Account Overview’ page:

Alternately, you can click the ‘Orders and Billing’ link on the left navigation list

To view a comprehensive list of your services, click the ‘My Services’ link found on the bottom of the ‘Account Overview’ page:

Alternately, you can click the ‘My Services’ link on the left navigation list
