[RESOLVED] March 20, 2018 – VPS connection issues
We are currently experiencing a service impacting issue with a portion of our VPS platform affecting some customers. We are actively working on a resolution with the highest priority.
2:15 PM CT: Support began receiving reports of connectivity issues on our VPS platform.
2:20 PM CT: Internal tracking ticket has been created and System administrators contacted.
2:25 PM CT: Administrators working on the issue.
3:00 PM CT: Root cause identified. Our administrators are researching a possible fix for the issue.
7:35 PM CT: Our engineers a testing a possible resolution to the issue.
5:15 AM CT: The reported issue has been resolved. All Services are functioning normally.
