Step 1:
When you first login to your Azure portal, you are presented with a dashboard. This allows you to view various components of your Azure environment on a single web page. Your dashboard might look different than the one shown below.
Step 2:
Click on the ‘Edit Dashboard’ link on the top of the page:
You’ll see something similar to this page:
Step 3:
For this example, let’s drag the clock widget from the left side onto the dashboard. Once you’ve selected the time zone for this clock, hit ‘Done’.
Step 4:
Let’s finalize these configurations by clicking ‘Done Customizing’ at the top of the page.

Step 5:
We also have the option to pin items to the Dashboard from within other blades. Let’s navigate to the ‘Virtual Machines’ blade. Click on the context menu on the far right side of the page.
A new dialog box will popup. Select ‘Pin to Dashboard.’
This virtual machine has been added to your dashboard.
