[RESOLVED] June 6, 2018 - Exchange 2016 Connection issues and message delivery delays
We are currently experiencing an issue with our Exchange 2016 platform. Users may have experience intermittent connection issues and message delivery delays.

06.06.2018 03:09PM CT - Our Networking Engineering and System Administration teams are aware of the issue and are currently investigating.
06.06.2018 04:45 CT - Our System Administrators have identified the source of the high load and took action to mitigate the issue. Reports of client connectivity loss around the same time were likely attributed to confirmed outages with ISP Comcast. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to our Support team
