[Ongoing] June 29, 2018 12:19 PM CT - Degraded Network North American Region

 

At 12:19 PM CST, Hostway monitoring detected and alerted on degraded service for certain network segments affecting Comcast customers as well as several other major North American backbones. Certain customers will have difficultly reaching Hostway services due to interruptions in network connectivity. Hostway support is also affected as agents may have limited or no access to some external support tools.
