If your Dedicated Server is behind our Shared Firewall, it will appear in the "Security Groups" section in Cloud Management Portal, from where you will be able to manage it.
1. Log into https://manage.hostway.com/
2. From the Dedicated Resources drop-down menu, choose Security Groups
3. Select the desired server and its IP address, then click on Display Security Groups button:
4. Fill out the required information and click on Add Rule:
- Rule Type
- Protocol
- Source
- Start Port Range
- End Port Range
- Action
- Priority
