How to check maillogs from MailEnable on a Windows Server to check outbound mail

Situation: You have noticed that your emails are not getting sent but you are unaware on how to look at the logs to begin troubleshooting

1)      Log into your Windows Server and click on the MailEnable Program

2)      While in the MailEnable Program click on MailEnable Management

3)      Then click on the option Servers

4)      Under the Server’s option there should be a hostname (this could be called localhost or another name)

5)      Then you will need to click on Services and Connectors option under the hostname option

6)      Under the Services and Connectors option there will be various services and their respective logs. Click on the SMTP option to see the outbound mail logs

7)      After clicking on the SMTP option, please now click on the Logs option, you will be presented with Activity, Debug and W3C

8)      If you would like to see old mail logs click on the W3C folder and then click on the respective log file that you would like to investigate outgoing mail for
