[RESOLVED] Jan 17, 2019 - Network Connectivity Degradation in Tampa
We are currently experiencing networking issue in our Tampa datacenter. The issue is affecting only customers who are using our legacy DNS servers :
We are actively working on a resoving it.
6:35 AM CT: We are currently investigating a service impacting issue with the legacy DNS.
8:15 AM CT: Root cause has been identified. Our network engineers are working on replacing equipment and restoring connectivity to our legacy DNS platform.
11:10 AM CT: The issue with the legacy DNS platform is successfully resolved.
