[RESOLVED] March 7th, 2019 - 7:00 PM ET TPA I Datacenter - Power event
At 7:16 PM ET monitoring alerted for a power-related event at our within our TPA I Datacenter impacting some services. Our facilities team is onsite actively investigating the issue.
At 8:13 PM ET power stabilized at the TPA I Datacenter. All services have been restored. Please call support if you are experiencing any issues
At 8:57 PM ET our Vendor arrived onsite to investigate our power infrastructure at our TPA I Datacenter.
On March 7th, 2019 at 7:00 PM ET our vendor performed a corrective maintenance on the UPS 1 (of 3) resolving the event.
