[RESOLVED] September 10th, 2019 - OpenXchange - Degradation of Email Functionality


We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our email service. Customers may experience delays when sending/receiving emails.  Our administrators are aware and working towards a resolution.

Note: Hosted Exchange customers should not be affected, unless they have a hybrid setup.


12:30 PM CT: The root cause of the reported issue has been identified by our System Administrators and we are working towards a resolution.

4:00 PM CT: Mail flow has been restored and queued mail is gradually being released. We continue to monitor the platform.

5:50 PM CT: Services have been restored to full functionality.
