[RESOLVED] September 26th, 2019 - OpenXchange - Degradation of Email Functionality
We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our email service. Customers may experience delays when sending/receiving emails. Our administrators are aware and working towards a resolution.
10:50 AM CT: The root cause of the reported issue has been identified by our System Administrators and we are working towards a resolution.
04:00 PM CT: The team continues work towards resolution.
07:20 PM CT: Our administrators have resolved the root cause of the issue. The email queues are currently still being emptied and email flow will be restored to normal soon.
09:30 PM CT: Email flow is back to normal and email delay should no longer be occurring.
