[1/7/2020 10:00 PM EST] Our engineers are currently investigating an incident in our Dallas Data Center. We are currently gathering a scope of the impact and working to re-mediate the problem. Regular updates will be posted here as the incident develops, through resolution.
[1/8/2020 00:40 AM EST] We have determined the outage appears to be linked to shared firewall, we have engaged NetOps and we are actively working on it. The impact is limited to a small group of customers behind that specific firewall server. More updates to follow.
[1/8/2020 02:00 AM EST] We can confirm the issue is now resolved and accessibility restored.
