[RESOLVED] November 16th, 2020 - OpenXchange - Degradation of Email Functionality

We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our email service. Customers may experience delays/errors when sending emails. Our administrators are aware and working towards a resolution.
10:45 AM CT: Our administrators are currently investigating the reported issue
11:30 AM CT: The root cause of the reported issue has been identified by our System Administrators and we are working towards a resolution.
11:30 PM CT: The issue has been resolved. We continue to monitor the platform.
10:00 AM  CT / 17th of November, 2020 /: A follow-up issue with email queue build-up on the inbound spam filtering queue is identified and being worked on. This can result in a email delivery delays to all hybrid and OX customers. 

01:00 AM CT / 19th of November, 2020 /: The queues on the different servers have largely been cleared, any delays experienced should be minimal.
