[RESOLVED] December 1st, 2020 - OpenXchange - Degradation of Email Functionality
We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our email service. OpenXchange and Hybrid setup customers may experience delays/errors when sending emails. Our administrators are aware and working towards a resolution.
09:17 AM CT: Our administrators are currently investigating the reported issue
10:30 AM CT: The root cause of the reported issue has been identified by our System Administrators and we are working towards a resolution.
15:10 PM CT: The email queue on our servers is subsiding, but delays are still being observed.
18:10 PM CT: The email queue is back to normal and email delays are no longer observed. Our System Administrators are applying capacity upgrades to the platform to prevent this from occurring in the future.
