A Support PIN (personal identification number) is a unique number that is used to verify you as the owner of the account or a user authorized to manage it. We may require this pin for validation when you contact our team for assistance.
Your Support PIN is displayed on the left hand side pane of your SiteControl panel under the Account Summary section.
Your Support PIN cannot be customized; however, you can generate a new one by clicking on the "Reset Support PIN" button.
In case you lose your support pin and access to your SiteControl portal, please, contact our support for further assistance.
